Initiate Your Request

Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn hoodie dress back in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
